Login to MA²D

Access your MA²D workspace to manage your MCP servers and Agent Cards.

Accessing the Login Page

  1. Visit https://ma2d-ai.com
  2. Click “Login” in the top-right corner

Or directly access: https://ma2d-ai.com/login

Logging In

Standard Login

Enter your credentials:

Email

  • The email address you used during sign up
  • Must be verified (check your email)

Password

  • Your account password
  • Case-sensitive

Click “Sign In” to access your workspace.

Example

Email: your.name@company.com
Password: ••••••••••••

After Login

Once logged in successfully:

  1. Redirected to Dashboard - Your main workspace
  2. Session Active - Stays logged in for 7 days
  3. Recent Activity - See your latest work
  4. Quick Actions - Create new assets immediately

Session Management

Session Duration

  • Active Session: 7 days
  • Inactivity Timeout: Auto-logout after 24 hours of inactivity
  • Remember Me: Session persists across browser restarts

Multiple Tabs

You can:

  • Open MA²D in multiple browser tabs
  • Work on different assets simultaneously
  • Changes sync automatically across tabs

Multiple Devices

  • Login from different devices
  • Sessions are independent per device
  • Logout on one device doesn’t affect others

Password Reset

Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password:

  1. Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click “Send Reset Link”
  4. Check your email for the reset link
  5. Click the link and set a new password
  6. Login with your new password

Reset Process

The password reset email:

  • Arrives within 2-5 minutes
  • Link is valid for 1 hour
  • Can only be used once
  • Check spam/junk folder if not received

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Invalid Email or Password

Problem: “Invalid credentials” error

Solution:

  • Verify you’re using the correct email
  • Check that password is typed correctly (case-sensitive)
  • Try the “Forgot Password” flow
  • Ensure account exists (use Sign Up if new user)

Email Not Verified

Problem: “Please verify your email address”

Solution:

  • Check your email inbox for verification message
  • Click the verification link
  • Request a new verification email if needed
  • Contact support if issues persist

Account Locked

Problem: “Account temporarily locked”

Solution:

  • Too many failed login attempts
  • Wait 15 minutes before trying again
  • Use “Forgot Password” to reset
  • Contact support if persistently locked

Session Expired

Problem: “Your session has expired”

Solution:

  • Click login again
  • Enter credentials
  • Check “Remember Me” to stay logged in longer

Security Best Practices

Secure Your Account

  • Use Strong Passwords - Mix of letters, numbers, symbols
  • Don’t Share Credentials - Keep your password private
  • Logout on Shared Computers - Always logout when finished
  • Update Regularly - Change password periodically

Recognize Phishing

MA²D will never:

  • Ask for your password via email
  • Request sensitive info via unsolicited messages
  • Send suspicious links from unknown domains

Always verify you’re on the official MA²D domain.

Browser Requirements

Supported Browsers

MA²D works best on modern browsers:

  • ✅ Chrome - Latest version (recommended)
  • ✅ Firefox - Latest version
  • ✅ Safari - Version 14 or newer
  • ✅ Edge - Latest version

Browser Settings

Ensure:

  • JavaScript is enabled
  • Cookies are allowed for ma2d-ai.com
  • Third-party scripts not blocked
  • Pop-up blocker configured to allow MA²D

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Coming Soon: Enterprise SSO options will be available for organizations that need centralized authentication.

Future SSO support:

  • SAML 2.0
  • OAuth 2.0
  • Active Directory integration
  • Custom identity providers

Logout

How to Logout

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right
  2. Select “Logout” from the dropdown
  3. Confirm logout if prompted
  4. Redirected to login page

When to Logout

Consider logging out when:

  • Using a shared or public computer
  • Finished with your session
  • Switching to a different account
  • Security concerns

Auto Logout

You’ll be automatically logged out:

  • After 7 days (session expiry)
  • After 24 hours of inactivity
  • If you manually logout
  • If your session is invalidated

Multi-Organization Access

Switching Organizations

If you’re a member of multiple organizations:

  1. Click organization name in top navigation
  2. Select “Switch Organization” from dropdown
  3. Choose the organization to switch to
  4. Dashboard updates to show that org’s assets

Organization Context

When logged in:

  • See only your current organization’s data
  • Create assets in the active organization
  • Settings are per-organization
  • Billing (if applicable) is per-organization

API Authentication

Personal Access Tokens

For API access, you can generate tokens:

  1. Go to Settings > API Tokens
  2. Click “Generate New Token”
  3. Copy the token (shown only once)
  4. Use in API requests as Authorization: Bearer <token>

Account Settings

After login, access your settings:

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Select “Settings”

Available settings:

  • Profile information
  • Password change
  • Email preferences
  • Organization details
  • API tokens
  • Notification preferences

Once you’re logged in:

  1. Dashboard Overview - Learn the interface
  2. Create MCP Server - Start building
  3. Explore Features - See all capabilities
