Sign Up for MA²D

Create your free MA²D account to start designing MCP servers and Agent Cards.

Accessing the Sign Up Page

  1. Visit https://ma2d-ai.com
  2. Click “Sign Up” in the top-right corner of the page

Creating Your Account

Fill in the signup form with the following information:

Required Information

Email Address

  • Use a valid email address
  • You’ll receive a verification email
  • This will be your login username

Password

  • Must be at least 8 characters long
  • Should include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Choose a strong, unique password

Organization Name

  • Your company or team name
  • This creates your organization workspace
  • Can be changed later in settings
  • All your assets will be associated with this organization

Creating the Account

  1. Review the information you entered
  2. Click “Create Account” button
  3. Wait for account creation (usually takes 2-3 seconds)

Email Verification

After creating your account:

  1. Check your email for a verification message from MA²D
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. Your email will be confirmed automatically

Note: You can start using MA²D immediately without email verification, but some features may require a verified email address.

First Login

After account creation:

  1. You’ll be automatically logged in
  2. Redirected to your dashboard
  3. A welcome message will appear
  4. Your organization workspace is ready to use

What Happens Behind the Scenes

When you create an account, MA²D automatically:

  • ✅ Creates your user profile
  • ✅ Sets up your organization workspace
  • ✅ Configures security settings with Row Level Security (RLS)
  • ✅ Initializes your dashboard
  • ✅ Generates your session token

All data is isolated to your organization for security.

Troubleshooting Sign Up Issues

Email Already Registered

Problem: “This email is already registered”

Solution:

  • Use the Login page instead
  • Or use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password

Password Too Weak

Problem: “Password does not meet requirements”

Solution:

  • Ensure password is at least 8 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Add numbers and special characters

Organization Name Already Taken

Problem: “Organization name is already in use”

Solution:

  • Choose a different organization name
  • Add your company suffix or location
  • Use a more specific name

Email Not Received

Problem: Verification email didn’t arrive

Solution:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes (can take up to 5 minutes)
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Contact support if still not received

Security & Privacy

Data Protection

MA²D takes security seriously:

  • Encrypted Storage - All data encrypted at rest
  • Secure Transmission - HTTPS for all connections
  • Password Hashing - Passwords are never stored in plain text
  • Session Management - Secure JWT-based authentication

Organization Isolation

Your data is completely isolated:

  • Only members of your organization can see your assets
  • Row Level Security (RLS) enforced at database level
  • No cross-organization data leaks
  • Automatic backup and disaster recovery

Account Security

Best practices:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Don’t share your account credentials
  • Log out from shared computers
  • Enable two-factor authentication (if available)

Multi-User Organizations

Inviting Team Members

After sign up, you can invite team members:

  1. Go to Settings > Organization
  2. Click “Invite Member”
  3. Enter their email address
  4. They’ll receive an invitation email
  5. They create their account and join your organization

Organization Roles

Team members can have different roles:

  • Admin - Full access to all features and settings
  • Editor - Can create and edit assets
  • Viewer - Read-only access

Note: The account creator automatically becomes the organization Admin.

After Sign Up

Once you’ve created your account:

  1. Login - Learn about logging in
  2. Dashboard Overview - Explore the interface
  3. Create Your First MCP Server - Start building
